Customer Service Representative - Slovenian (m/f/d)

As a customer service employee (m/w/d), you are part of one of our most international teams at TIMOCOM. In this position you focus on questions and concerns in Slovenian. This position gives you the opportunity to spend part of your working time in the home office. The team meets twice a week in the office. You process customer requests and customer requests by phone and email. You act as a direct contact for our customers. With individual and quality-conscious care, you increase customer satisfaction. In addition, you provide a proactive customer service through regular care calls.

In order to be able to communicate well with your international colleagues, you will bring knowledge of Slovenian and good German and English. You have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification in customer service. With the popular MS Office applications, you go routined. Reliability, customer orientation and a friendly appearance on the phone complete your profile.
