As a personnel deployment planner:in operation, you are responsible for the smooth running of the operation You tax the working hours, qualifications and operations of our operative colleagues on your own and keep both legal requirements and economic interests in mind Personal accountability in the eTime system as well as independent management of holiday and indemnity claims are also part of your tasks You also monitor exchange rates (after Ril 107) incl. Termination via SAP EH&S and contributes to training and qualification measures (e.g. FIT) Thanks to your flexibility, you also participate in the readiness to provide services outside regular office hours

Your profile:

You already have a qualification for the personnel deployment planner operation or have a multi-year professional experience in operation, ideally as a train taxer on a complex control unit Very good knowledge in eTime, TCManager, SAP EH&S as well as in the relevant labour and collective bargaining law are your distinguishing skills or you have the willingness to quickly acquire The safe handling of MS Office as well as a strong time and self-management for an independent operation are of course for you An exceptional communication strength, enforcing ability and an entrepreneurial way of thinking characterize you
