These exciting tasks await you

You are responsible for the technical implementation and contract-oriented execution of our construction projects. The coordination of assembly work, appointments, commissioning and acceptance of the contractual services in compliance with the cost framework is in your hands. As a central contact person, you are on the side of the project management, employees and after-contractors. You actively participate in planning and construction meetings as well as decreases and agree closely with the project management. Deviations, delays and additional costs can be recognized at an early stage and the necessary measures will be taken in consultation with the project management.

That's what you bring to it

You have a completed electrotechnical training (e.g. electronics) with technician or master degree You have already gained first experience in the management of construction sites You have knowledge of DIN and VDE regulations, VOB Part B/C as well as line system guidelines LAR You are characterized by negotiation skills, organisational skills and enforcement You have a secure handling of common Microsoft Office programs You have the rating of class B
