Front Office Manager / Welcome Manager with part-time office working hours (m/f/d)

As part of our move to a new company building right at the lake, we create a new position at the reception – as a centrepiece for all those arriving with us. As our new First Impression Manager, you are the first point of contact and make sure that the first impression is not only positive but unforgettable. Our customers, employees and applicants welcome you with real cordiality. You are our business card and make a difference with your presence. In addition, your tasks are versatile, you support events, prepare conference rooms and perform organizational tasks for management. In the new Customer Experience Center you support live demonstrations and ensure a perfect run. The reception area is your baby, a clean-up feel-good atmosphere – every guest should feel immediately welcome. With your communicative way, you can easily network yourself in the company. You know what's going on and keeps information with joy.

You are a trained hotel or restaurant specialist or bring comparable experience at the reception, customer service or from the gastronomy. With your feeling for situations, people and details – you can get a reception that remains in your head. You plan and organize dates. Proactively, you are introducing new ideas to help you shape processes and experiences – always with the aim of making our company a bit better every day and inspiring all guests for us. Friendly, open and professional, you welcome people - in German and English.

An attractive gross annual salary of €30,000 to €50.0000 (based on a full-time job).
