You analyze existing commercial and cross-sector processes, identify potential for optimization and digitization and, in cooperation with our specialist areas, develop practical solutions for everyday work, which not only work well on paper. You bring your commercial understanding in accounting and final processes as well as in reporting and controlling and develop existing processes. You take a closer look at interfaces between disciplines, processes, data and applications used and support the selection of suitable methods, methods and tools. You use specific applications for automation and AI, structure suitable applications and accompany them from idea to experimentation to implementation. You prepare complex facts and decision bases for addressing – from specialist to executive – and, if necessary, support new processes and applications through knowledge transfer, process documentation and training in everyday work.

You have at least five years of relevant professional experience in real estate or real estate Housing and know their processes, processes and relationships from practice.
