You control our process portfolio, guide measures to optimize and ensure consistent documentation and compliance with standards and guidelines in PPS_neo and RiMaGo. You work closely with our specialist areas, advise on process-relevant issues and drive sustainable improvements together. What we want from you: You have a completed economic study or a comparable bank professional qualification, e.g. as a savings bank or bank business manager. You've brought well-founded knowledge in modelling, analysis and optimization of business processes, as well as experience with process management tools and have ideally worked in the process-oriented internal control system (pIKS) or in risk management. You are sure to deal with data analysis and key figures (e.g. in Excel) and convince by a structured and analytical method and a good understanding of regulatory and risk-oriented relationships.
