Calls for tenders and purchase negotiations, supplier and trade fair visits Active cooperation in cross-departmental projects Procurement market research and establishment of efficient system suppliers in the field of external production (commercial goods, wage processing, wage packaging) Introduction and implementation of uniform standards in terms of contract design, quality control and liability Establishing suitable key figures for controlling and continuously improving defined standards
