Commercial clerk in accounting full-time or on a part-time basis (m/f/d)

In the above-mentioned position, you are responsible for coordinating and organising various administrative processes and are contact persons for colleagues, customers and suppliers. You will take care of the account agreement, assist in the settlement of payment transactions and ensure proper booking You process and check creditor bills including the assignment to shipping documents and request missing documents You support complaint processing & monitoring of creditor payment processes Furthermore, You reliably monitor the mailing and mailing output as well as the corresponding sorting and forwarding In addition, you contribute to the efficient office organization and work together with other departments

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Knowledge and experience gained in dealing with MS Office and ideally with Navision or a similar product management program (ERP systems) Embossed organisational skills and a structured working method Experience in office organization and administrative area desirable Good communication skills and team skills
