What tasks you expect from us: Part of a strong team: They are a valuable member of our team and work closely with the corporate customer area (UKB) in order to accompany demanding financing for construction companies, distributors and project developments in the real estate sector. Funded analysis: You analyze financing requests in detail and evaluate company and risk factors in the real estate and project development segment. Ensure credit award standards: you check and analyze financial structures, take into account both financial and non-financial criteria and ensure that all documents for the application are complete and correct. Co-initiating and editing loan applications: In cooperation with the business customer consultants (UKB), you take over the co-initiation, processing and evaluation of loan applications. This ensures the successful conclusion of the contract and the creation of all credit and collateral contracts in the Deal team. Consortial business: They work with lawyers in the deal team and examine contracts as well as collateral intensively, both with regional and national consortia partners. Early warning system and risk management: They define and communicate necessary measures in the early warning system, implement business policy objectives and actively participate in customer and consortial and banking talks. Support for customer advice: They accompany the customer advisors professionally, conduct transfer talks and participate in customer discussions. Document analysis and capital account: They analyse all relevant documents of the company's commitment, evaluate security and economic conditions, create capital service calculations and maintain the corresponding systems. Create credit ratings: You create credit ratings according to the requirements of the DSGV, including scoring, standard and immorating, and bring basic knowledge in RSU project financing. Compliance with supervisory provisions: They ensure that all supervisory and legal provisions are complied with and implement the business policy objectives in practice. Stock processing: They process stocks from the UK area and refurbishment, create internal documents such as § 18 / FWS/EWB prognoses and prepare templates for the association revision. Inspect and release new applications: they are responsible for the examination and independent approval of the validation process for new applications.
