Process Mechanic Plastics/Rubber - Specialisation: Moulded Parts (m/f/d)

Machines and equipment: You drive plants, wait machines and take care of care and dismantling as needed. Tool change: You build injection moulds and remove them for a smooth start. Trouble Analysis: You analyze disturbances, find solutions and assist in adjusting peripheral devices such as extraction robots. Samples: You carry out samples of new tools or changes. Quality control: You control ongoing production and check peripherals such as mills, granular supply and cooling systems. Complaints: You coordinate reworking and work on solutions for complaints from our internal customers. Optimization and documentation: You optimise and document our injection moulding processes – both in series production and in new projects.

Know-how: A training as a plastic and rubber technology (m/w/d), process mechanic plastic/rubber technology or plastic moulder for the industry Experience: Ideally knowledge in the areas of hot-channel technology and the processing of technical plastics. Technical understanding: You have a good eye for details and are safe in handling modern machines, robot systems and quality assurance. Personality: You work independently and appreciate an open working atmosphere in which you can bring your own ideas. Reliability: You value the regulated working hours and free spaces of a layer system (three layer).
