· You plan and run special & evening events independently, Cooking workshops and team events

· You prepare food and drinks, arrange, servier and give Of which:

· You care for real guest contact and take care of yourself professionally Feedback and complaints

· You keep our kitchen hygiene on top level and care equipment

· You carry stocks and document everything in Quality Assurance Guide

· You jump flexibly at other locations in the region

· You support the kitchen line:

· Compliance with legal requirements

· Organisational and administrative tasks

· Technical guidance from colleagues:

· Acceptance and verification of deliveries

· Disposition of food

· Operation and billing of cash register

· Complete training in gastronomy, hotel industry or housekeeping

· First experience with events or in the kitchen of advantage

· Good knowledge of hygiene and quality assurance
