These are your tasks You analyze our end-to-end processes and identify bottlenecks, friction losses and automation potentials You actively drive digitization and transfer manual processes into scalable, digital workflows – incl. Automation and AI You realize measurable efficiency gains and improve sustainable time, costs and quality You establish clear standards and best practices for lean, consistent processes across areas You evaluate and implement modern technologies and software solutions for our transformation You conduct cross-departmental transformation and optimization projects – with clear objectives and responsibility for results You use data in a targeted way to create transparency, control performance and enable sound decisions And you bring it You have a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable subject area. You bring multi-year, well-founded experience in process optimization and digitization – ideally in complex organisations or different industries. You understand end-to-end processes: from analysis to target image to successful implementation. You recognize automation potentials, structure complex processes and deliver them into efficient digital solutions – including modern technologies such as Salesforce Flows, RPA or AI. You use common methods and tools of process analysis and modeling safely, e.g. BPMN 2.0, Visio You have successfully managed transformation projects and tax cross-sector projects at the interface of business and IT. You convince by analytical strength, clear communication, high self-initiative and the ability to gain people for changes – in German and English.
