HR Business Partner – International (m/f/d)

As HR Business Partner (m/w/d), you are close to the business: you accompany market entry, support executives in their daily HR topics and bring forward projects with energy and enforcement. It is about strategic advice as well as operational implementation – both with passion and hands-on mentality.

International field of play: From UK and the Netherlands to Italy and Spain to South America, you tax international HR processes and are Sparringspartner:in for executives at the Regional Center Western Europe. Various challenges: recruiting, complex visa and posting issues, cooperation with international providers and law firms – no day is the same as the other. Structures & implementation: You improve processes, build processes, and bring forward topics with flexibility, professionalism and full implementation.

Your tasks: Advising executives on performance topics, learning & development, talent management, personnel planning and organisational development Dissolving personal and labour law issues in the supervised business units Control of the annual HR cycle and close coordination between daily business and HR management Planning and implementation of personnel development measures and cooperation with the talent management team Creation of HR-KPI reporting and deriving recommendations from regular analyses Cooperation with projects to optimize and further develop HR processes to promote binding and development in the teams

Completed studies in personnel management or comparable training Multiannual experience as HR Business Partner or profound experience in other HR functions readiness for international cooperation and occasional travel Enforcement and diplomacy across all levels HR know-how and solid knowledge in labour law Solution and results-oriented operation Dynamic, stable and consultative personality with hands-on mentality Very good communication skills in German and English
