As a team lead, you take over the team's professional and disciplinary leadership and promote a creative, collaborative approach. You make sure that our employer brand becomes consistent, authentic and visible at all touchpoints in line with the EPP and corporate vision. The internal and external activation of our employer brand is your responsibility - you develop concepts and implement them together with the team and relevant stakeholders. Together with your team, you develop formats and content that make our employer brand liveable - from HR trade fairs to the digital Candidate Journey. You analyze the impact of all measures (internal and external) on the basis of relevant KPIs and derive concrete recommendations for action. As a central spokesperson for Employer Branding, you work closely with international colleagues and promote professional exchange.

Multiannual experience in Employer Branding or in related areas, ideally with project or leadership responsibility. Communication strength and sovereign appearance to internal stakeholders and external partners. A good sense of brand management, target audience approach and creative communication. Organizational design and a structured working style - also for many parallel projects. Joy of teamwork, leadership and international exchange. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
