Events, sponsorships and trade fairs allow us to make the brand Deloitte visible and experienceable for customers, talents and the general public. As an expert event marketing and event management (m/w/d), you can support our event team in the planning, organization and implementation. Event Marketing: You take the perfect marketing of our webcasts and live events by creating event websites and registration forms. You are also responsible for the processing of a GDPR-compliant invitation management with a good look for brand-compliant implementation. Event management: As part of the preparation, implementation and refurbishment of live events, location and appointment research, reservations and support in the management of trades and service providers are your tasks. These include trade fairs and sponsorships as well as awards or executive events. Event logistics: In the course of trade fairs and sponsorships, you coordinate the topics of stand equipment and trade fair construction and develop them further. Event Sutainability: Our event managers:inside you are supported in the development of sustainable event management. Virtual Event Experience: As part of various projects, you support the further development of event formats, focusing on hybrid and virtual events.

University degree in economics or communication sciences or comparable and first professional experience in the organization of physical and virtual events Good skills in project management and organization to keep an overview at any time You have very good MS Office skills and ideally even first experience using an email marketing tool and a content management software Very good communication skills in German and English in word and writing readiness to travel within Germany
