Support in recruiting trainees and students Applicant management including communication with applicants and departments Self-organization and training of pupils Active participation in training fairs and support in the implementation of applicant training in schools Cooperation in the field of personnel development, e.g. in the planning and organization of our internal trainings Support in daily business

Studies in the field of business, economics or comparable studies, ideally with a focus on personnel Good knowledge of current MS Office programs Structured and self-employed and organizational skills Own initiative and good communication skills Good knowledge of German and English
