Business Consultant Insurance Software P&C (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the analysis and optimization of business processes for our insurance software msg.P&C Claims You support the introduction of new products and services based on processes from our standard software msg.Insurance Suite and identifies efficiency potentials and cost savings You work closely with our specialist departments of software development, IT and other stakeholders to adapt and configure our standard processes to the business requirements You ensure a proper test performance and take care of your modeling and documentation As a specialist sub-project management, you will work between our software development team and our customers in the design, testing and integration of our software solution

Successfully completed studies of the insurance industry, BWL or economics and a corresponding vocational training with an economic focus or a comparable qualification Outstanding knowledge in the field of process consulting and optimization; ideally in the insurance environment Found experience in the insurance environment and ideally in the introduction of standard software for insurance customers in the area of relevant core systems Finded professional experience in damage processing as well as good knowledge in the field of material processing for composite insurance or for corresponding implementation projects Current know-how in the field of requirements management of technical architecture and data modelling as well as test and project management A high level of IT affinity and customer orientation as well as joy in working in the team
