Coordinator Recyclables and Waste Management / Recycling (m/f/d)

Disposal management: As a coordinator of value and waste management (gn), all threads work together with you when it comes to controlling service providers, ensuring legal disposal and optimizing standards in waste and recycling. Partner Management: You will participate in national and international tenders for a targeted assessment, control and development of our disposal partners - pragmatic, efficient and based on performance, quality and costs. Control & further development: In addition to the implementation and further development of our standards and processes, you take on the technical support of our recycling portal - from the coordination of internal interfaces and external partners to the optimization of structures and processes. Analysis & Consulting: Last but not least, you are responsible for the creation, analysis and preparation of waste-related KPIs and reporting (e.g. CSRD) and are a contact point for our team.

Qualification: You have successfully completed your business or technical studies - preferably in the field of waste management, environmental and waste management technology or sustainability management - or a comparable commercial training. Know-how: You have well-founded knowledge of the relevant legal and regulatory frameworks and have been able to translate your knowledge into practice in waste and valuables management. Communication strength: You can not only talk about numbers, data and facts, but convince by sovereign communication in German and English - in the context of diverse projects across all levels and disciplines.
