Housekeeping Management - Specialist Clinic / Excel (m/f/d)

You organize and control all domestic processes – from cleaning and laundry to catering and waste management You lead your team to value, motivate it and efficiently plan the stakes You ensure compliance with all hygiene, quality and safety standards You work new employees in a structured manner and promote their further development You set up service and holiday plans for anticipation and reliability You are the central contact person for internal and external service providers and carefully document workflows and hygiene and quality controls

You ideally have experience as a home management (m/w/d) and leadership experience You are safe in handling digital space books and schedules You create independent performance directories and process descriptions You work safely with Microsoft Office programs, especially with Excel You like to pack up and support your team in work-intensive phases You like to start early with work
