IT Project Manager with a focus on Digitalization HR (m/w/d)

Our mission: to make Sana sustainable with the development and introduction of digital HR products and processes and to support the Group's HR teams in their demanding tasks. Our focus is on the pay and salary accounting of the entire group and the digitization of workflow-based personal processes. In addition, we are contact persons for the area of recruiting & human resources management as well as employee transfer, staff placement and personnel consulting within and outside the Sana Group.

You'll lead challenging HR IT projects with a focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM to success You design and manage the technical structure of our digital organization management as the basis of all HR processes You configure and document all roles and permissions in the system You work closely with internal HR and IT teams as well as external partners You analyze and modify existing HR processes and image them systemically You keep your project on track and answer your goals, schedules and budgets

You have a degree in economic informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification You bring multi-year experience in managing IT projects, ideally in HR You have sound know-how in HR software and software-based role and authorization management You convince with pronounced analytical, conceptual and communication skills You have successfully applied agile project methods in practice You can communicate safely in German and English
