Pre-press: Data processing and optimization of print data, color management, quality assurance before and during production (ICC profiles, preflight, proofs) Operation, monitoring and maintenance of our digital printing press External order processing: selection and coordination of print jobs at external print shops (including price comparisons, production agreement and time control) Close cooperation with graphics, coordination with internal departments and suppliers, from the small edition to further processing Further development of workflows and increase in efficiency in the production sector (including small editions, further processing) Support for layout adjustments and smaller graphic works (including personalizations)

(m/w/d) Digital and Print or Comparative Qualification Multiannual professional experience in prepress and digital print production Secure handling of popular graphics and layout software (Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Funded technical understanding of printing processes, colour profiles and further processing Experience in handling digital printing machines (ideally Ricoh) Organisational skills and ability to support several projects in parallel Communication strength, team spirit and precise, reliable operation Willingness to continue professionally and personally
