The Gransee association of the GIB institution offers services of integration aid for adult people with complex impairments, high need for assistance and sometimes challenging behaviour. Our goal is to best support people in their personal development, self-determination and social participation. We accompany people with predominantly cognitive impairments, in the autism spectrum and with mental illnesses. The Gransee network is currently in a professional development and change process with a lot of design space. The aim is to develop staff-centric assistance, clear structures and value-adding and professional cooperation. Special responsibility for individual participation and development planning according to SGB IX Control of complex cases and expert advice of employees in the group Creation and updating of participation and intervention plans Moderation of participation plan, help plan and case discussions Quality assurance and further development of educational standards for people with complex impairment images Professional guidance, advice and training of employees Participation in personnel development, incorporation and team reflections Active crisis management (preventive and accurate) Participation in crisis and call readiness Cooperation with cooperation partners

Study of social work, social education, medical and rehabilitation, psychology or comparable qualifications Experience in working with people with cognitive, physical, psychological and/or complex multiple impairments Knowledge found in SGB IX and BTHG Security in dealing with challenging behaviour Ability to assess risk, crisis intervention and deescalation Communication strength, sense of responsibility and high reflectivity Willingness to accept readiness Team-oriented, esteeming attitude
