Blue Ocean Entertainment AG is the market leader for children's magazines in Europe and is one of the leading providers of child print products worldwide. Many licensors (e.g. LEGO, PLAYMOBIL, Schleich, Zapf or Coppenrath) trust the Burda daughters with their brands for magazines. Collective series in 2D and 3D, Loyalty campaigns for retail and award-winning apps complete the Blue Ocean portfolio. Founded in Stuttgart in 2005, the company now employs around 300 employees at seven locations in Europe. From now on, we are looking for a full-time and permanent permanent job, one Interns in our editorial office (6 months)

During the internship, you will get to know the editorial work very comprehensively: you will first work together with the relevant editorial team magazines around the brands such as “Do not ask the mouse”, “Playmobil”, “The Three????? Kids’”, “Prinzessin Lillifee”, “Bibi Blocksberg”, our own brand “5!’” and many more. You will be involved in the production of a magazine from the beginning to the end: ideas finding, research, writing articles and graphics briefings as well as reviewing the layout. You do not only perform journalistic tasks. You can also create comics, puzzles, games or craftsmanships!

You are ideally in a language or media studies and you might have been able to gain first experience in editorial work. You have fun in a versatile task area and bring an affinity to children magazines with You can react flexibly to requirements, are team-ready and work independently and structured You are creative and have good computer skills
