Production of recurring individual parts as well as small series for machines, devices and tools by means of turning and interlocking technology such as bumps, interior spaces and rolling mills based on CNC programs using the respective machine controls Optimization and correction of tool and cutting parameters using current CAD data and machine systems Machining on multi-task machines and gearing and grinding operations using modern technologies Participation in maintenance and repair work taking into account wear phenomena and systematic determination and elimination of fault causes documentation of the processing course and independent implementation of quality controls on manufactured components Support for continuous improvement of throughput times, setup times, quality and costs

Successfully completed training as a machining mechanic (m/w/d) Relevant professional experience in one of the areas: turning or toothing Routinized handling of cutting machine tools and experience in reading drawings Deep technical understanding, high quality awareness and safe handling of measuring instruments Self-standing and precise operation, reliability and team capability High motivation, will and willingness to shiftwork
