Senior Consultant (m/w/d) - Determined for 24 months in partial employment for the circles Tuttlingen, Konstanz, Zollernalbkreis, Bodenseekreis and Sigmaringen You are responsible for the professional and acquisitoral support of the local agencies, including the support of customers:internal appointments (several business and agricultural customers). Your tasks include the planning, implementation and follow-up of sales activities in cooperation with the agencies. In addition, you are responsible for carrying out professional training and training activities of the agencies, including new products. To achieve our goals successfully, you implement the corporate and sales strategy. You are the link between agency, client and management and contribute to optimal communication.

You have a completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance or comparable. You have very good industry knowledge and have already gained sales experience. Your strong decision-making and high solution orientation are just as good as your sensitivity. A good work organization and a high degree of flexibility are your strengths. A readiness to travel is not a problem for you to support the agencies as best possible. The readiness to travel is mostly in the Orga area.
