In this position, you are the central interface between customer care, sales and other relevant fields for all import development topics at Kühne+Nagel Deutschland. In agreement with the operational management for the import, you drive for a smooth import process, drive projects and pricing topics forward and strengthen cooperation - both internally and externally. You think strategically, trades solution-oriented and consistently advances things. How to introduce yourself Communicator between the foreign stations and the teams based in Germany such as Customer Care, Sales or Pricing Head of Customer Care for Projects, Pricing, Strategic Initiatives, Escalations and Original Topics Comprehensive support of the German organization in all import processes and adjacent processes Close cooperation with Sales and the Procurement & Operations teams to ensure clear communication and professional coordination Planning and conducting joint customer visits to maintain existing relationships and develop new business potentials Support for the successful implementation of national and international projects Travel activities to origin sites for network care, customer interaction and identification of new business opportunities Proactive, result-oriented decision-making with the ability to quickly evaluate situations and act targeted High market understanding, pronounced communication and negotiation strength as well as flexibility, resilience and team orientation in a dynamic environment

Complete training in the field of forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the field of air freight import, ideally with interfaces to Sales Business Development or Key Account Management Embossed project and stakeholder management competence in a complex organizational structure Understanding market, pricing and customer requirements in international shipping Very good communication and negotiation skills in German and English High self-initiative, analytical thinking and a structured and solution-oriented way of working readiness for national and international travel and intercultural sensitivity
