International procurement and development of materials according to design and quality requirements Identification of trends and innovations through research and trade fair visits Requirements and provision of test samples and technical data sheets Execution of color and print settings as well as material adjustments up to production maturity Processing of material patterns for collection presentations Close cooperation with quality management and suppliers Maintenance and installation of material master data and collection colours

An academic degree in the technical course with a focus on textiles or comparable technical training in the textile sector Multiannual professional experience in the clothing and textile industry Knowledge of material development, material sourcing, deep material knowledge and technical understanding Very good English skills in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office
