Technical Property Manager for Real Estate Management and Maintenance Commercial (m/f/d)

We at the Commercial Customer Center take care of the rental, management and development of our industrial stocks in Berlin and Potsdam. The needs of our tenants and the quality of our areas are at the centre.

Technique: You maintain our diverse industrial property and develop it further. In doing so, you process technical concerns, including the control of ongoing maintenance and repairs as well as the processing of insurance cases. Use assessment: You create state reports and action descriptions for the commercial objects in your administration area. As part of the object care, you can create installation overviews. In addition, you will assess our commercial properties according to possible industry and usage. With a view to the whole: you control and coordinate the construction measures commissioned by the trade administration to the final take-off, commission planning services and anticipate them. Cost and time you have a look at it. Contact person: You cooperate with modernization, repair and new construction measures and supervise the trade renters according to the respective contracts.

Qualification: You have completed technical training or a Bachelor's degree, for example in the technical facility management department. Practical experience: You have at least three years of professional experience in the maintenance, repair and restoration of commercial objects for use-specific use. Competence: You have good knowledge in commercial law and in technical building management. Basic knowledge of building construction is a plus. Personality: You like to work in the team, are solution-oriented and powerful. In addition, you master the German language at a professional level and can safely move into conversations, presentations and written correspondence.
