Your tasks:

• Documentation and qualification: Collection and maintenance of customer and object data in our CRM system and sales tools
• Customer support in the B2C area: Competent advice and support of our customers
• Product advice: Presentation of our products and concepts and support in product selection
• First contact: Telephone and written contact of potential customers
• Lead management: pre-qualification of interested parties and forwarding to the distribution or contract partner
• Active customer address: the enthusiasm of our customers for our products in telephone contact
• Termination agreement: Coordination of appointments for our field service or with specialist craft partners
• Cooperation with Marketing and Sales: Support in Optimizing Lead Strategy

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• First experience in sales, customer service or lead management
• Safe handling of CRM systems and MS Office
• Communication strength and pronounced customer orientation
• Structured, self-responsible and targeted mode of operation
• Pleasure to call customer contact
