Caretaker with gardening activities (m/f/d)

We are looking for backup for our team!

We are looking for a dedicated Hausmeister (m/w/d) with a focus on general care and gardening activities at the next possible time.

Your tasks

• Implementation of general master's work on buildings and outdoor facilities
• Monitoring of technical facilities and reporting of defects
• Smaller repair and maintenance work
• Care and cleaning of roads, farms and community areas
• lawn mowings, hedge cutting as well as care of beds and green areas
• Irrigation and seasonal gardening
• Winter service (cutting and stray service)
• Support for relocations or other operational tasks

Your profile

• Craft skills and technical understanding
• Experience in the field of housekeeping, gardening and landscape care or comparable activity desirable
• Self-employed, reliable and careful working
• Physical resilience and pleasure in practical work outdoors
• Friendly appearance and team skills
