Head of Operational Technology (OT) Networks * (m/f/d)

Together with around 30 employees, you take responsibility for the resilient operation (24/7) and the operational expansion of the OT networks (transmission network, including active and passive technology, as well as encryption technology of the process data technology target network). You develop the team you run professionally and culturally and are the focal point for the central OT network. With the team “OT networks” you work very closely with the teams “OT platforms” and “OT systems” in the field of “OT system technology” and with interfaces to the security-relevant teams as well as OT set management. Topics such as resilience and crisis management are served by you according to requirements. You actively participate in the organization of the E.ON OT network community and promote the standardization of OT network technology with the other distribution network operators. You represent the company's interests towards partners/suppliers/service providers. Together with the company security team, you are continuously implementing measures to increase the resilience for the OT networks.

You have a successfully completed (specialized) university degree with technical (economic) engineering information technology, electrical engineering or comparable qualification. As a manager, you already have experiences in the OT environment and know yourself well with the task of OT technology and system management. With the challenges to the OT networks of KRITIS operators and the operational requirements for the 24/7 operation, you already have experiences.
