Lead Information Security / Corporate Information Security Officer (m/f/d)

Through a stable operation and the further development of the information security organisation, you ensure that information, systems and business processes are protected within the BLG LOGISTICS. To this end, the Information Security Management System (ISMS) continuously adapts to new legal conditions. These are other main tasks: Strategy: Together with the operational units, you develop resilience strategies to meet the requirements regarding NIS-2 and KRITIS as well as security strategies and IT basic protection. InfoSec-Compliance Management: You are responsible for the creation of guidelines and standards concerning information security and agree with relevant departments. Coordination: You lead the information security team and ensure that defined standards are implemented. In addition, you coordinate the Security Business Enablement and work closely with the IT Security section. Security Operations Management: You create transparency on topics such as security situation, threat situation and impact on the company and strengthen our security structure as well as the security awareness of employees to successfully prevent and mitigate cyber attacks. Interface function: You work closely with the fields of IT, compliance, data protection, enterprise risk management and legal as well as corporate security – regularly report to the management of Legal, Insurance & Governance, Risk, Compliance.
