Administration, support and further development of applications in the context of CAD, PLM and adjacent CAM systems Takeover of technical and technical application responsibility for defined CAD/PLM solutions including associated interfaces Technical control and coordination of tasks and ensuring the performance of tasks during operation Central contact person, specialist and reliable information center for technical and technical questions Supporting applications and interfaces as well as processing change requests Responsibility for 2nd level support, close collaboration with 1st level support and interface to 3rd level support or Manufacturer support Analysis, assessment and implementation of business requirements taking into account processes, system relationships, interfaces and operational requirements Creation and maintenance of technical solution descriptions and documentation for changes, developments and interfaces Working with IT requirements in projects Implementation of feasibility analyses as well as planning, controlling and monitoring of release, upgrade, change and maintenance projects together with internal and external partners Planning and implementation of function and integration tests Advice and support of the departments Coordination, consolidation and standardisation of requirements from different locations and departments Technical coordination with the central IT service company and external service providers as part of the further development of the system landscape

Complete studies or comparable training in the field of computer science, mechanical engineering, aerospace or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in application care, IT system administration or in a comparable role Experience in the field of CAD/PLM or alternatively good basic technical knowledge in the CAD/PLM environment with high readiness to deepen these quickly and sustainably Ideally well-founded knowledge in systems such as Creo, CATIA or Windchill Experience in support of applications, interfaces, changes, releases, upgrades and tests Ability to analyse technical requirements and transfer them to sustainable technical solutions Experience in cooperation with departments, central IT units, external service providers and manufacturers Good English knowledge of word and writing Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Embossed technical understanding and good communication and coordination
