Commercial control: Together with the management team, you will develop measures to improve earnings. You regularly analyze financial and performance KPIs and report to management and regional management Responsibility: In the project business “Abbruch und Demontage” you take over the cost planning, monitoring and cost development and report directly to management and management Planning & liquidity management: You create annual and medium-term planning, carry out forecasts and secure the company's liquidity sustainably Degrees & Reporting: You ensure the timely and correct production of the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and continuously develop reporting Optimization & strategy: You are responsible for the implementation and further development of processes, structures and systems in the commercial sector Interface: You act as a central contact person for the financial sectors of the holding company and for external auditors. Education: Completed studies with a focus on controlling and/or financial and accounting – alternatively a commercial training with additional qualifications (e.g. balance sheet book holder, controller*in) Professional experience: Multiannual experience in project business (construction and industry), ideally in the medium-sized environment Expertise: Secure know-how in commercial and tax matters as well as sound knowledge of HGB accounting Digital strength: IT affinity and secure handling of SAP (FI/CO, BW) and Microsoft Office – especially Excel and PowerPoint Change Competence / Agility: You keep a cool head even in challenging situations, go sovereign with changes and bring topics with calm and clarity to the goal Personality: With analytical and strategic thinking, high number affinity as well as a structured and independent way of working, you will address tasks in a targeted manner. You act confident, pragmatic and solution-oriented Communication: Sovereign appearance, team orientation and strong communication and enforcement capabilities
