Checking and processing open items in our customer accounts – a perfect entry into debitor management and financial accounting. Telephone and written exchange with customers and close cooperation with internal departments – you are an important interface in debt management and credit management. Working in the debt collection process for the entire DACH region, creating a deep understanding of payment processes, dunning, payment workflows and processes in credit control.

Completed commercial or legal training, e.g. as a lawyer's specialist, office businessman/wife, industrial businessman/wife or specialist:In – happy with interest in numbers and legal bases. First experiences in dunning, receivables, debitor accounting, debt collection or a material processing finance are an advantage, but no need – cross-comers: welcome. Basic knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel, are advantageous. Structured and independent working as well as a communicative way that helps you in customer contact.
