Senior Expert Microsoft 365 - Platform & Administration (m/f/d)

Operation, administration and continuous development of our Microsoft 365 platform – focusing on Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Defender for M365, Copilot and Power Platform Ensuring stability, performance and security of M365 services in a cloud-based system architecture Technical implementation of platform configurations, guidelines and automations (e.g. using PowerShell or Power Automate) Integration of new M365 functions such as copilot agents, Microsoft Viva or Loop into the existing system landscape Close coordination with our managed service provider to ensure operational operation Advising internal specialist areas for optimal use and strategic further development of the M365 platform Documentation of technical configurations, processes and measures Support for security and compliance issues in cooperation with cybersecurity and governance

Study of Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification At least 5 years of experience in the administration and development of Microsoft 365 environments Funded knowledge in Exchange Online (e.g. transport rules, journaling, hybrid setups); SharePoint Online (e.g. sites, permissions, governance); Microsoft Defender for M365 (e.g. Policies, Threat Protection, Reporting); Power Platform incl. Power Automate and PowerShell; Azure Active Directory (e.g. Conditional Access) Experience with hybrid and cloud-based IT architectures (e.g. Azure, Exchange, DCs, Intune) Embossed platform expertise, technical understanding and the ability to implement innovative solutions in a structured manner High documentation security and communication strength in technical consulting
