IT System Administrator - Microsoft365 / Networking / PowerShell / Support (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the administration and further development of our Windows Server landscape, including Active Directory and the entire network infrastructure. You enter and optimise our Microsoft 365 environment and help manage our multi-cloud infrastructures. As a central point of contact in the 1st and 2nd level support, you will process inquiries about our ticket system and help your colleague with technical problems. You automate recurring administration tasks and system deployments with PowerShell to make our IT processes more efficient. You take over the entire lifecycle of hardware and software – from evaluation and procurement to rollout and subsequent maintenance. You create technical documentation and work closely with internal specialist departments and external service providers to successfully implement projects.

A completed IT training (e.g. as a specialist informant:in system integration) and at least 3 years of professional experience in IT operations form your foundation. You are fit in the administration of network and IT infrastructures and have already gained experience in 1st and 2nd level support. The common Windows client and server operating systems, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory are surely your craftsmanship. Ideally, you will have first experiences with multi-cloud environments and PowerShell scripting and enjoy modern technologies. You will certainly communicate in German (at least B2 level) and bring good English knowledge in word and writing. An independent, structured way of working and your pleasure in communicating in the team complete your profile.
