You are responsible for the organisation of personnel operations taking into account local and weather-related features You accept the work orders at the start of service and implement them in the team You coordinate the work orders, distribute them to your team and work with In constant exchange with clients, you will learn about current requirements You monitor compliance with quality requirements during work, including work steps and work protection By incoming, intermediate and final checks, you will ensure the quality You report fixed quality deficiencies and guide required measures

Your profile:

Ideally, you bring a successfully completed vocational training as a building cleaner:in or with many years of professional experience You have experience in working with employees, cleaning agents and equipment, and always observe safety requirements Your independent work and sense of responsibility characterize you You are reliably revolving with cleaning equipment and material and ensures a ready-to-use condition For the documentation of quality deviations, use the shiftbook and communicate proactively You are team-oriented and can independently initiate quality assurance measures You will surely meet independent decisions within your powers
