You develop strategies to ensure the application operation for the BSS, NSS/OSS applications you are responsible for (stability, availability, performance, etc.). You initiate uplift projects (EOSL topics) through the creation of request documents as well as the implementation of the projects and assist in the calculation of the business case and the development of decision templates for the releases in the boards. You support in project work; in the feasibility and implementation phase You ensure compliance with the prescribed security policies for the applications, systems and platforms that are responsible by analyzing accesses and permissions, as well as the execution of SOX controls and security audits. You coach internal and external employees through the creation of specialist documentation and training plans as well as organization and implementation of professional training. You control external suppliers and developers in a national and international environment by creating and monitoring the agreed KPIs as well as moderating service-review meetings. You are the contact person for all IT-Governance areas as well as infra-operation in the DC / in the CLOUD, as well as 3.rd level support at the development partners/Vendors You are responsible for infrastructure in cooperation with the internal service provider VCI through regular reviews of utilisation reports and SLA agreements.

What distinguishes you: Complete technical studies or comparable training. At least 8 years of professional experience in the operation of complex system landscapes. Comprehensive process and IT knowledge in telecommunications. Knowledge of operating systems, middleware and databases, as well as standard applications.
