You take on your own responsibility all operating personnel activities You control the complete recruiting for specialist and leadership positions You advise and support the management in all personal questions You create statistics, reports and evaluations You advise and support the management, the permanent staff and the temporary staff in all personal questions You actively participate in HR digitization You help build efficient HR processes and structures

You have a commercial training or a HR-relevant study You bring experience in recruiting as well as in generalist personnel work You have good knowledge of labour and social security law You work structured, loyal and discreet You want to actively shape and develop HR structures You are confident and keep an overview in working phases
