Procurement procedures: You conduct formal tenders for construction and construction services and ensure that all processes are carried out in conformity with the laws of the contract. Active teamworking: With your well-founded expertise, your colleagues support the planning and implementation of procurement projects, are in close contact with the planning offices and ensure smooth cooperation. Bringing ideas and experiences: You update existing processes, work instructions and model templates and ensure their continuous optimization and legal relevance. Editing policy issues: For key issues relating to the procurement of construction and construction services, you will find sound solutions. Education: You have completed university studies (Bachelor/ Diploma [FH]) in the fields of business management, administration, law, administrative law, economic law, architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification. Experience: You bring knowledge and practical experience in the application of procurement law in national and EU-wide procedures. Know-how: You are familiar with the structure and application of AVA software, especially when creating performance directories according to GAEB standard. In addition, you are versed in dealing with the common office applications in Microsoft Office (excel, Word), developing your digital skills continuously and positively with the use of digital tools.
