Project Leader – Credit Risk Modelling / PD-LGD (m/f/d)

You take over the overall responsibility for cross-departmental, strategic projects in the area of rating procedures in a regulatory environment and successfully complete them in terms of target achievement, scope, time, budget, resources and quality. You plan and tax Your projects along relevant milestones, identify risks and dependencies early on, develop appropriate countermeasures and actively tax changes. You design technical requirements, bring together different interests to viable solutions and coordinate cooperation between departments, IT and external partners. You prepare project status, risks and decision-making needs to be addressed, represent your projects in committees and management and make decisions successful. You conduct interdisciplinary project teams professionally, create transparency and ensure binding and targeted cooperation between all project participants. You continuously develop our project and our control tools and use digital tools as well as AI-based methods in the project. In doing so, you shape the cooperation of people and AI (agents) responsibly and practically.

You have a successfully completed university degree, a dual study or a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience in managing challenging projects; ideally in the context of a credit institution, advice or insurance. You bring well-founded experience in project management and manage complex projects in a challenging stakeholder and committee environment. You work structured and solution-oriented, set priorities and keep track of complex project situations. You have first to well-founded practical experience with AI-based tools or AI (agents) in project work or a strong interest in using them effectively, quality-proof and with respect to data protection, transparency and regulatory requirements. Ideally, you have a project management certification (e.g. IPMA, PRINCE2 or PMI) as well as very good German knowledge in word and writing (C1 level).
