Employee Order Management (m/f/d)

You support the order processing team in the execution of orders for CGM solutions, customer communication and administrative tasks. In particular, orders for AIS products and services are processed, check data for completeness and plausibility and support in the creation of offers and order-related documents. In addition, you are in direct contact with customers, customers and partners, clarifying queries and ensuring smooth communication with internal interfaces. In addition, you will provide customer, contract and product data and support in the processing of terminations as well as customer requests. You participate in the optimization and documentation of processes and take over general administrative activities such as storage, evaluation and simple reports.

A completed commercial training is desirable – but we are also happy about motivated cross-comers. You are characterized by a high level of communication and enjoy the handling of customers. Teamwork is you and you like to work together with others. You have an analytical mindset and a good understanding of numbers.
