As a floor manager of our guest service, you are responsible for your team. They support the department with the aim of achieving a high level of satisfaction and guaranteeing collegial and respectful cooperation. They provide security for our guests and a smooth process on arrival and departure. The performance of daily parking and closing rounds is also one of the tasks.

Responsible for the implementation of preventive monitoring rounds throughout the park, with particular attention to safety aspects, fire protection and the environment Responsible for the proper, immediate forwarding of reports on extraordinary incidents (such as fires, riots, catastrophes, med. emergencies) and the initiation of appropriate measures pursuant to the guidelines and the emergency plan Staff management in the Guest Service area Holding of employee meetings & trainings (brand registration center, sprinkler system)
