at the company headquarters in Rösrath | in full time | unlimited Project initialization and conception: Identification of new development possibilities and implementation of feasibility analyses Project management: Responsibility for the development of commercial and residential real estate projects – from purchase to planning and construction to completion or the further development of existing properties in the office segment Economic Responsibility: Management of the project budget as well as on-going and budget-oriented project completion Strategic development: Market knowledge and active participation of future projects Coordination of external partners: Control of architects and engineers in design and planning Approval processes: Responsibility for construction law creation (§34 and §31 BauGB, B-Plan creation) and consultation with authorities Cooperation with the financial team to secure project financing Sales strategy: Responsibility for sales documents and project finishing together with the sales management Sustainability: Considering sustainability aspects in project development Stakeholder Management: Maintaining relations with local authorities, community representatives and construction executives

Complete studies in real estate, civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering, geography or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the development of commercial and residential real estate projects from acquisition to completion and handover At least 5 years of professional experience in project development Creative, communicative, market-oriented and analytical personality Self-employed and structured working with high quality awareness High self-initiative, team spirit and organisational strength Class B driving licence
