ERP Application Specialist (m/f/d)

Sales, purchasing, warehouse, logistics and production work with it daily. For this to work reliably, people who understand systems need to question processes and solve problems pragmatically. For our ERP team we are looking for a personality.

You work closely with our departments in the ERP team. Your focus is on application support and process understanding around our ERP system. You support our key users (m/w/d) and specialist areas at the locations in technical and system-related issues and develop practical solutions together with the specialist areas. In detail: Supporting the departments in the daily handling of our ERP system (WWS) Analysis and processing of support requests and tickets incl. Solution conversion Supporting our key users in technical and technical questions Analysis and elimination of process and application problems in areas such as sales, purchasing, warehouses, logistics and production Monitoring of releases, tests and system changes Analysis, support and documentation of interfaces between ERP and adjacent systems Cooperation with external service providers and system partners Support in the further development of our ERP processes Our system landscape: ERP-System WWS by Schwarz Informationssysteme EDI integration on Lobster Interfaces to and integrations of adjacent systems SQL identifiers are a plus, but no requirement

You have ERP experience and want to take responsibility in a cross-site role. At the same time, you are pragmatic and service-oriented. Ideally you bring: Multiannual experience in ERP environment, e.g. in Application Support, as Key User (m/w/d), in ERP consulting or in-house ERP Good process understanding Joy of analysis, prioritization and clean implementation Interest in system connections and interfaces A structured way of working, reliable, clear in communication, team-oriented Flexibility for occasional travel to our sites, usually planned and in a manageable framework Very good knowledge of German, English or French are of advantage Experience with WWS is not a must. We work in a structured manner. Place of employment Hybrid or remote, available throughout Germany. If you live near one of our locations, you can also work in the office.
