You identify as Property Legal Counsel (m/w/d) legal needs and apply them to protect the interests of the company. You advise and support the specialist areas, in particular technology, sales and property, independently and independently. You enter into contract negotiations, including the release of contracts from a legal perspective and defend the company in committees in the supervised field of expertise and law. You represent the company in arbitration and judicial proceedings and coordinate and tax external lawyers. What distinguishes you: Full-jurist (first and second state exam) with more than five years of relevant professional experience, ideally as a lawyer/legal attorney or syndicate attorney/syndicus attorney in a company.
