Foreman / Site Manager Scaffolding (m/f/d)

Organization, coordination and monitoring of our scaffolding sites Guided tour of the scaffolding columns Planning and coordination of personnel, material and equipment use Ensuring the professional and timely execution of scaffolding, re- and removal Monitoring compliance with quality standards and occupational safety and safety requirements Coordination with contracting entities, construction lines and other trades Documentation of the progress of construction and participation in the creation of dimensions In addition: economic project management, follow-up management and preparation of billing

Complete training in scaffolding or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Ideally advanced training for the scaffolding-column guide, scaffolding-builder master or construction technician (m/w/d) Experience as a polisher, foreman or building manager in scaffolding Knowledge of common scaffolding systems and work processes on construction sites Experience in employee management and organisational and enforcement Self-employed, reliable and responsible work Embossed security awareness and team capability Class B driving licence
