Project Lead - International Coordination (w/d/m)

Responsibility for the holistic control and further development of the international PRO rollout in the OBI state companies – from the central blueprint to the local implementation, with strong enforcement in the cross-functional environment

Coordination of the continuous development of the PRO concept (People, Tech, POS, Process) in close cooperation with the local country teams as well as the central functions

Ensuring efficient, timely implementation of the rollout waves incl. Risk and issue management and preparation and implementation of decision-making recommendations

Assessment and coordination of relevant legal, tax and organisational frameworks to ensure international scalability and compliance

Creating and controlling a structured knowledge transfer: establishing best practices, training and exchange formats for international PRO leads and sales teams

Responsibility for stakeholder management at international level as a central interface between countries, PRO Development Unit and central areas

Development and establishment of transparent reporting and control structures to track international PRO KPIs and derive concrete optimization measures

Education: You have an above-average degree in International Management, Economics or a comparable degree course

Experience: You bring more than 5 years of relevant professional experience in managing complex (ideally international) projects or Rollouts in a decentralized business environment or advice with

Stakeholder management: For you, it is easy to manage different stakeholders across country boundaries, to translate key concepts into implementable local project plans and to consistently manage the implementation (including risk and progress management)

Must-have: You are sovereign in appearance and safe in international dealing, have pronounced communicative skills as well as very good presentation and negotiation skills – safe to negotiate in German and English
