You are responsible for accepting calls and correct recording of data in the system. You are responsible for handling and switching the breakdowns. You will coordinate all necessary assistance services – from direct assistance on the phone, on-site repair to the organisation of replacement mobility and ensure service quality. You accompany customers throughout the panning process, keep them up to date and ensure their satisfaction. You offer quick and direct help with simple technical requests by phone. You secure the seamless journey of the customer and organize the repair of his vehicle.
